I figured, if I'm gonna explain Tasers one more time, I'm going to have a little harmless fun with it. After I'd gone home, some editor thought it would make this graphic more palatable if they drew in crude pupils on the perp ... I saw the paper the next morning and thought one of my kids had done it as a joke.
